Hey there MC-Market!

I'm Misi, an almost 17 year old guy living in Ireland.

I've been studying business at school for 5 years, studying management for over a year. Thus, not only do I have the experience for this position, which I'll list below, but I also have actual theory and knowledge on how to successfully, and effectively, manage a team, and indeed, your business.

In terms of experience, I've been in this field for around 4 years, holding high positions in very large servers.


- Experience -

Mineplex » Senior Moderator [Recruitment] (8M+ registered users)
Worked alongside other recruiters in order to hire more staff to the team (Trainees). This included conducting interviews, writing detailed reports and observing them. In addition, Recruitment is a sub-division of Trainee Management, which, as can be seen by the name, required myself to manage Trainees.

My job as a Recruiter actually wasn't just limited to recruiting aspiring staff members. I was required to lead events, and the weekly TAP, which was a massive community event held every week. I have held and participated in event for Trainees in order to build trust, co-operation and give them confidence in their trial.

Throughout my time at Mineplex, I was also a TMA, or a Trainee Mentoring Assistant. As a TMA, I had to give daily "tests" to my Trainees, review their performance, and also had a say if they could pass their trial as a Trainee, and advance to Moderator.​


MCGamer MCSG » Senior Moderator [Staffing Manager] (4M+ registered users)
The Staffing Manager position at MCGamer was quite a time consuming, but also very rewarding position. As a Staffing Manager, I dealt with hiring staff, and also managing current staff. I was required to review activity of the team monthly for performance optimization and efficiency.

Personally, I was in charge of two main components within the staff team at MCGamer. The most prominent was the introduction of "Mod Buddies" - a system in which newly hired Moderators were assigned to a more seasoned Moderator. The "Mod Buddy" would get their feet wet - introducing them to what their duties would be, showing them what to do, etc.

The other component I was tasked with was monthly quizzes. I had to make quizzes every month in order to ensure the staff team was up-to-par and capable of carrying out their duties. The quizzes consisted of evidence that they had to identify, as well as situational and knowledge questions. If they failed this, they would have to get re-trained.

As a Staffing Manager, I was required to hold training sessions frequently. This was for the newly hired Moderators, but also for those that have failed quizzes, or that wished to be refreshed.​

Not much to say here, other than I am in charge of tending to the day-to-day operations, reviewing activity of management, and also hiring and firing staff members and freelancers.


And also, several small servers which really aren't relevant.

Don't understand your point? It had a huge playerbase, and is one of the largest servers. Sure, there are a great amount of hackers, but I don't understand how that influenced your decision?

I wasn't trying to be rude or anything I was saying a server were 75% of your players are hackers I wouldn't consider that experience but that's my opinion but getting up to sr.mod shows your dedicated to your job and that's why I vouched you :D

As I remember clearly, as I was also a member of the Mineplex staff team, the Trainee Management moderators were specialized individually in overwatching and managing the new staff members. At its peak, and the time of Misi's position on the team, the Trainee count for the staff team was over 40 at all times. This required Sr.Mod's like himself to be constantly working with and managing said staff members.

First of all, you cannot just adulterate your insults by saying you're not trying to be "rude" when you specifically stated that his experience on Mineplex "does not count." The ignorance in this statement is the least bit rude. I will agree that there was a large portion of players on Mineplex who were considered Hackers, however, that did not sully the experience gained by managing a very large staff team.

As well, a member of the Mineplex staff team gained a plethora of experience through community interaction AND through handling cheaters. You gained much experience in dealing with difficult and uncomfortable situations. One does not need to be a Sr Mod to gain experience. You cannot possibly tell me that someone who is a moderator on a 200 player base server will have gained more experience than a moderator who had to deal with a constant player base of TWENTY THOUSAND. The numbers don't add up.

So, I would say that Misi is undoubtedly qualified for any position on any team. I give him one hell of a vouch as I know that working as a SrMod under Trainee Management was NOT easy.

If you really think I'm wrong, I'd love to hear your opinion.
