Hello McM,
I will try to make this post easy to navigate through and find awnser to your questions, if there are any questions that you can't find an awnser to if that's the case then post them down below and i will try to awnser all of them.

Why are you selling this spawn?
The spawn was for my network that i never finished, the point was to have a fantasy style to the Factions spawn and i was very happy of the result, I feel like i can use the money for something else then just letting a big nice spawn lay around on my pc.

Who made the spawn?
Me and a few friends made this spawn, we spend a lot of time and effort to it and it's sad that we never used it and now we have to split the money on all five of us.

How many will you sell to?
I have always sold to one person, i feel like if someone is going to buy a spawn they want a spawn personal and not copied.

Will you have it on your pc or will you delete it?
I will not have it on my pc.

General information about the build:
- The spawn is 200x200
- The spawn has a shop under spawn spawn that isn't fully finished.
- The hole map is custom with custom environment around the hole world.
- NO crate room made yet.

Bid ends when i feel like it's a good price for all of us five.

I was interested in buying this ages ago, you let me come on your server to see it. You were wanting around $100 because you said you paid $400 for it.
