Greetings, fellow Minecraft-Market users! Today, I am here to recruit more builders for my brand new Minecraft building team. As you can already tell by reading the title, the team is called ArcanBuilds. Without any further ado, let's get right into it.

Who are you?
My name is Arcanix, and I am 16 years old. I am going to an economics school, so I am well experienced with marketing, promoting, advertisement, and with management. Unfortunately, I am not a really good builder, so I will not be assisting the fellow builders with building the projects. Therefore, I will be in charge of managing the team, advertising it, and getting us more customers.

What is your vision?
My vision/goal is to establish an active, and professional Minecraft building team. Just as the other teams, we aspire to become the very best team out there! I would also like to create a friendly and trustful environment for my future builders. We'll always strive to provide our future clients with high quality builds, which wouldn't cost them too much money.

Do you already have a website, logo, and a Minecraft server?
Currently, we only have a Minecraft server, but I indeed am planning to get us a nice looking webpage, and a logo in the future.

Is there a going to be a rank-up system?
Yes, the system is already implemented, and is working out quite well. At the beginning, you'll have to write your application. After you finish doing so, we'll take a look at it, and decide whether you're going to move on to the second part of the applying-process, or not. After getting your application accepted, you'll receive the "Trial Builder" rank, which pretty much means that you still are in the applying process. Once you earn that rank, you'll be assigned to create a trial build. You'll have 3 days to create just about anything you'd like, and once you finish that, we'll see if you're skilled enough to join our team. If we approve your trial build, then you'll get promoted to the "Jr. Builder" rank. After a few months of hard work, you may get promoted to the "Sr. Builder" rank. Beside those ranks, there are also going to be two "Head Builder"'s, who are going to take care of the team while I'm away.

Do you have any sponsors/partners?
Yes, we are partnered with a Minecraft server hosting company, called NoLag. This company is going to provide us with a free server.

Are there any requirements?
Yes, just like any other Minecraft building team, we have a few requirements, which you have to meet before you apply for the team. Let me start off with telling you that we do not have an age restriction, so you do not have to worry about getting declined, due to being too young. However, we expect you to be active, mature, and obedient. Next off, we require you to have a Skype, and a Discord account. Moving on to the next requirement, we require you to be active. You have to be able to spend at least 12 hours per week, working on our commissions. However, exceptions can be made. Now, the last requirement is to be a decent builder, as we are only going to accept experts in the field.

How much am I going to get paid?
You will get paid after every single commission you successfully finish. All payments shall go through PayPal, so be sure to register your own PayPal account before you apply for the team. Now, all builders who helped with a certain commission are going to get paid 90% of the commissions full price, as the other 10% goes towards the team. The percentage you're going to get depends on the time, and the effort you've put into a specific project. We also have 2 partners, and both of them are going to sell our builds on our online build shop. The first partnered company offered us 70% of the money from every single pre-made build they sell, while the other company offered us 60% of the pre-made builds full price once they sell it.
