★ Custom Creative Server ★

Hey MCM today I am looking to buy a custom creative server with the following features!

What I'm wanting?

Custom Spawn (Not downloaded needs to be unique and HQ)
Custom Ranking System (Ranks 0-5, Everyone has access to these ranks, you will build based on your current rank and if your build meets the servers standards you will be promoted to the next rank. Rank 0 being the lowest rank, rank 5 being the highest.)
Custom Rank Build Examples (Ranks 0-5 builds so the Judges can have something to look at when they are promoting the players to different ranks depending on their builds)
Custom GUI Crates (Similar to the archons)
Custom Menu (Player does /menu and it opens a gui that helps the player with anything they need on the server, such as warps, trails, access to the crates gui to claim their keys, and anything else that might be needed)
Custom Plugins (Id like to keep the server running with 10 or less plugins. So id like the whole server to be 100% custom.)
Custom Logo
Custom Banner
All Permissions Done (Groups, Default, Judge, Helper, Moderator, Admin, Owner, D1, D2, D3, D4)
All Regions Done
The Whole Server Needs To Be Done (100%)

My Budget?

I'm not going to state what my budget is, I know how some people are and will try to get more than what its worth. I know the value of what this is worth and could do it myself I just don't have the time to do it right now so id like to have someone do it for me.

Sessentials (Ranks, Chat, Rules, Warps, Player Data, First Join, Leave & Join Message, Gui Menu, Gui Warps, Trails, Crates, Judging System | all of these need to be editable in the config)
Sprotect (Just like worldguard just want it to be named Sprotect)
Spermissions (Just like PermissionsEx just named Spermissions)
