Yes, but someone aged 10 is most often more distinguishable when reviewing their maturity and behaviour. Age can't be verified in these circumstances. But lets say someone below the age does proceed to make a transaction with us, they are accountable and have broken our terms & conditions. After we may take action against the user under following statements in our Terms & Conditions, Ruptures in our Terms and conditions- section 1 (a,b,c,d,e).
