• Hello Breachers, here is founder of BreachNode hosting, Plex. So i made this post because we need one good developer. We need website something like this https://www.meloncube.net. I DONT mean copy this website, i mean something like this. So this is just sample what design we want.

I think you need to raise your budget. I doubt you will find anyone who will do graphics + code and make it look anywhere near like that for $85.
