Hello, I'm one of two owners on a beta network called "Ocha". Ocha is PvP-based with popular gamemodes such as Practice, Kohi SG, Faction-SG, HCF, Kitmap. We plan on selling Ocha with our custom made spigot cores.
What will you receive from this?:
1. If not already set up, a fully-working Bungeecord setup with EzQueue.
2. If not already set up, a hub with a fully custom hub plugin.
3. A practice server with unranked & ranked with kits and arenas set up. The spawn and maps area 100% exclusive. We have both a US and EU practice server. Both of them have 32GB of RAM and a good CPU for good performance.
4. 3 game servers, this can be used for Kohi SG, Faction SG, Bunkers, etc.
5. Kohi SG with setup structures, chests & plugins.
6. Faction SG, Kohi SG but with small 2-8 player factions and HCF kits. I thought this is quite a fun gamemode.
7. Our current playerbase.
8. Ocha is already somewhat known to some practice players, so if you haven't bought advertisement already or don't get players, here's a start.
9. We use custom jars for each of our servers for a smoother and better PvP experience.
10. Our builds/arenas, we have exclusive custom made builds and our arenas were worth $10 each.
11. Our custom KB settings.
12. Source code to our practice core and other plugins.
Requirements to be in able to buy Ocha:
1. 150+ posts.
2. Atleast 2 months on mc-market.
3. Knowness about running a big network like this, i wouldn't sell Ocha to someone which has no idea how to run something like this.
4. A good reputation and vouches.
Selling:
Me(iZehnny), yeahs and the staff team have worked for a long time making what we have now. We've invested hundreds of dollars into buying advertisement, hosting, Buycraft, TeamSpeak, etc. The buyer will buy everything we have, you can't just buy one thing. It is the staff members' choice if they want to stay with the network or not, they can deny or leave at any time. The network is being sold EXCLUSIVELY, no one else will have it nor will we use it. You will not receive any premium/paid plugins, you will receive our custom ones and the config files to the premium plugins, but not the actual plugin itself.
We won't be selling Ocha for just a few dollars, it will be expensive. Although the server doesn't make much profit or get many players at it's current state, all you need to do is add a gamemode like HCF that's well built and lots of advertisement and you can easily make profit and get players.
Everything we have (playerbase, domain, plugins, etc.) will go to you. You can rename the network if you'd like, but you would also be wasting the current reputation it has. You will receive all the domains we have (ochapvp.us, ochapvp.eu, ochapvp.net), all the domains are also set up to redirect to the correct server/IP.
If anything somehow happens to the server, we are not responsible for it and you cannot receive a refund. After selling such a big network, asking for a refund is unacceptable, if you buy it, you bought it. We will either get an extremely reputable member to middleman or you will pay first. No matter how good/high your reputation is, I will not go first.
You cannot resell ANY of OUR plugins, spigot or anything that is exclusive to Ocha. If you are caught trying to resell any of the plugins or custom jars, we will get the network back and you will not receive a refund.
What you receive:
1. The reputation Ocha has.
2. Our plugins, custom jars and configs.
3. A fully setup Bungeecord system. Both our US and EU proxy are set up completely.
4. MySQL database with practice stats, litebans punishments, etc.
5. Hub with hub plugin (server selector, player hider, etc.).
6. Practice server with kit editor, unranked, ranked, database, setup kits & arenas. The spawn and all the arenas are 100% custom and exclusive for Ocha. There are both the US and EU servers, they both have 32GB of RAM and a good CPU.
