Arctomium here again, for another time I've decided to help those in need by offering free website development. I'm not talking Portals or Xenforo forums I mean fully functional sites that your users can immerse themselves in further your server's online presence. All sites while in development are fully self hosted but once development is finished you'll need to supply yourself with a domain and web hosting, if needed I can offer a subdomain e.g. www.yoursite.arctomium.com

Also as an added bonus I'll stay on as your server's personal web manager free as well, but it would be nice to have my own "Web Manager" rank on your server.
Note: I can provide basic example graphics but nothing original as that is not my profession, if you'd like custom graphics you will have to supply your own.
