★Buying Patch to Jigsaw Respawn Crasher★

Hello everyone, I am here requesting someone to code me a plugin that can stop people from using the Jigsaw respawn crasher on my server. I don't know all the exact details of this method, but I do know that they go into some special respawn mode and seem to be able to walk around the server while they are dead. This method doesn't fully crash the server, but makes it so laggy to the point where their is a 1 minute delay between command and a reboot is forced too happen. I don't know if anyone has experience with this method and can help me out in patching it but that would be amazing. This is a paid job of course.
