Hey my name is SomeRandomMCGuy and I am the owner of hopefully an upcoming successful server that will soon be known all over the community. I am looking for someone to help me manage the server. YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ADD FUNDS TOWARDS THE SERVER.

About the server

CE: Yes - Custom plugin non OP balanced
Theme: To be decided between Medieval, Space, Fantasy and Pirate
Budget: $2300

About our budget
So I currently have two investors. One of them wants to invest $2000 into to server.
The second Investor wants to invest $150 into the server.
I will be able to invest $150+ into the server

The first investor
The first investment he will make is $250 into development of the server. Before the $250 will be given out he would like to see what I have done which is possible for me to do in the next 3 days to create a base server. Once he has paid us the $250 we would spend that money into further development to improve the server. We would start off with having one full time professional developer working on improving the work that I have done. Once we have further developed our server he would invest more money for us to spend on advertisement, graphics etc.

The second investor
He is like a backup plan and he is ready to invest the money when ever it is needed.

Graphics: $60-$100+
Host: OVH DEDI $75-$125+
Domain: $5-$15+
Development: $125-$200+
Advertisement: $250-$500+
Hack/DDOS prevention: $25-$75+

No previous cases of scamming or stealing

You have a -2 rep. One of the - reps if from one of your old partners saying you banned him and broke a deal. After seeing that why would anyone want to make a deal with you? If they're untrue then I would recommend removing so no one gets the wrong idea about you.

To explain what happened between me and that partner is a long story. We had no deal, we were working on a server but then he quit gave me permission to use the plugins etc, a day before the server launched they said we can't use it. I came to agreement with them to give them a % of the buycraft. Once my server launched the "person" still had op and griefed the server.

Why would a partner need Development knowledge? With a budget like that you should be able to hire Developers to do this for you.

I don't want people that have no idea what they are doing helping me to run the server. If there is a problem and no one is on I expect my "partner"/ co-owner to fix it themselves if it is in there ability. You got another -1 rep yesterday about a failed partnership. It says "

Was partnered on a server with him and he stole my custom plugins and ditched me without warning. DNDW". When people look for partners they look with people with good rep i doubt anyone will end up partnering with you due to your rep(2/3 are about partnerships).
