☆ Adamas Survival ☆ - Looking for Owners and helpers!

Good day everyone,

My name is SadAwkwardPanda or you can call me James
Today I approach you wonderful people of MC-Market in hopes that I will find some people to partner with me and help the development of my new server Adamas Survival!

Firstly a bit about me
My name is James and I'm 16 years old! I live in New Zealand and have been playing Minecraft for over 4 years now! I've been apart of multiple servers on their staff and development team and owned my own server which at peak time got about 15 players (this was about 2014 so it was a little while ago ). I'm a hard worker but got a good sense of humor and I love developing and owning Minecraft servers.

What is Adamas Survival?
Adamas Survival is a server that I've been wanting to create for a little while. It is a Survival server with a twist.. quests and a storyline. We will also have some minigames, grinding, custom items, regular events and of course... the normal gameplay of Minecraft Survival!
We plan to be completely unique and different to every other survival server.
The players will always come first!

Please note: All the details about the server and the storyline are not yet complete which means there is room for my future partners to have a big say in the server.

What I am looking for
- Mature and hardworking people with a good sense of humor
- Knowledgeable in Minecraft and in management
- Creativity (for helping plan new storylines and new concepts for the server)
- Knowledge in developing (not need, but will benefit your chances immensely!)
- Good building skills (not need, but will benefit your chances immensely!)
- Will be able to provide financial assistance if needed - I will be paying for the server with my own money but if we need any financial assistance at anytime it will be helpful if you'll be able to prove it. If you can't provide any financial assistance that is okay I'm not asking for any financial assistance.. just if we need it
- Access to contacts (people who can advertise the server or YouTubers etc)

Requirements (if you do not match these you will not be considered
- Must be 16 years old or older (I might consider anyone at the age of 15)
- Must have someway to communicate
- Must be active and be able to reply fast
- Must contribute ideas and help to the server
- Must be prepared to develop a server basically from scratch

Other details
I will be looking at bringing in 2-3 partners. You will all be equal and all your ideas will be welcome. As I get to know your strength and weaknesses we will decide your key roles on the server.

At this moment in time I'm not concerned about money and really don't want to discuss money at this moment.. I want to get the server finished to its highest potential and released This is not a paid position at the moment.
Once the server is operational then we will be discussing payment (I will personally not be making any money from the server as well while it is in the development stage and I will be paying for as much of it as I can).

I will be getting to know you more and build a friendship with you before giving you any permissions or power on the server. I will be running this server as professionally as possible.

Once I believe you are suitable for the role I will be giving you full permissions and OP on the server.. You will have the same power and involvement in the server as I do

So basically your looking for unpaid child labor? You talk about "partners" yet you retain full control of permissions / op . Sounds like a dictatorship

Personally, I think you should raise the age limit 1) Because you have to be 13 years old or older to use the site, and 2) It's going to be extremely hard to find someone around the age of 14 who can contribute financially.

Will take this into consideration Contributing financially is not a requirement at all and you'll only need to provide financial support if we are in dire need (I will be paying for everything as much as I can).

Of course the people I choose to help will be given permissions and OP I want them to have as much say and control in the server as myself

We will be discussing payment once the server is released and under way to the public.

Im ok with any position. I can help with building If needed. I have been working on a spawn and arena for awhile. May need some work but not much. Ask for photo's if you would like.

Why should I accept you: I am a hard working person that is willing to put alot of work into helping build and Take care of issues with the server.

Previous experience: Only experience I have with staff is running my own server. I do know most things about world edit and worldguard. I know a good bit about other plugin and if I cant figure out a plugin, I can look up solutions and make sure to fix.
