Why join the team?
Think of Unlocked as an extra 'job board' for you pick up some/more commissions, not all projects are compulsory to be chosen on the board, it's completely optional. Furthermore, most people ask for quotes. You are the one setting the prices. It really is just an extra way to get some commissions.
There are practically no restrictions when part of the team, you can continue freelancing at your own free will if you are currently freelancing, and if you aren't that's alright too. It's just simply a way for you to gain some/more commissions.
A portfolio of some sort would be required, as well as a list of your current capabilities, such as whether or not you can work with the following:
Spigot
Bungee
Sponge
Redis
SQL
MongoDB
Discord Bot Dev
NMS
It also would help if you would let us know how long you've been developing for, to be able to let us know if you're right for us, and to be able to properly allocate jobs to your capabilities.
What do we ask in return?
Regarding payments, all requests through Unlocked have a 15% commission fee on them, the rest goes to you. Note Unlocked only accepts 50% upfront payment for all jobs to verify the client's credibility. However since we do this, you don't get paid until the project is finished as we offer buyer protection for our clients. This only applies to requests through Unlocked, not any of your clients which you could/would get from your freelancing threads.
