As for the non custom plugins, I will give some screen shots of just some random things on the server that you may be interested in.

There is a lot more to see than what I just have listed. As of right now, I do have a test server that you can join and check out the server in full action. There you can check out the other plugins and see how it all looks further than what there is on this post.

The builds on the server are custom, other than the PvP map, which was downloaded from the internet somewhere. I am just not sure where. The spawn was made by myself, therefore you will understand why it is not top quality work, however it is not bad, and it is not something that people will complain about often. It is something good to start off with if you do not have enough money to get a custom one, and this one is custom so people can not call you out for having a downloaded spawn.

When you buy this setup, it will require premium plugins. I will have a list of them, as well as the link to buy them. The .jar's will be removed, where as the config/file will be left. So, you will just need to buy the plugin and add in the jar, and the plugin will work again.
Auction House is the only one that is not really "Required", however I suggest it 100%. Which is why I do have it in the required list. However, I strongly suggest getting this plugin, as it is used on the server for a lot of different things!

These are not required, but are a very nice feature to add to the server.
This setup is not perfect, and what I mean by this, is my ideal setup might be different than someone else's. By that being said, this is my perfect setup, but might not be someone else. So, make sure that you know what you are getting before you purchase this.
