PROCEDURE
1) We consult and discuss details.
2) You pay the down-payment (50% Of the total price).
3) I will keep you posted on the progress of your build.
4) Small changes that you want can be changed.
5) Once the build is complete you pay the rest of the money.
6) I provide the maps as schematic.
T.O.S.
1) All transactions are through PayPal.
2) You may not chargeback or receive a refund unless you did not receive your build at least three days after the deadline we agreed to. (intentional Chargebacks without valid reasons will get you banned from my service.)
3) I require at least 50% as a down payment before I begin. Failing to pay the remaining 50% will mean that I get to sell the commission and keep the down payment.
4) If you cancel the deal after I have already started, I will keep the down payment.
5) You agree to my "TOS" by using my service.
