ABOUT ME:
Hello! My name is Slouched, or you may call me Max. I am currently 13 years of age and trying to pursue the career of being a Gaming Manager! I am quite good at understanding things and I believe I can fill your server needs! I would love to learn from your server (if recruited) and if you find any mistakes, let me know! I have played Minecraft since December of 2014. I am in the Pacific Standard Timezone (PST).
EXPERIENCES:
First of all, I was staff on SerenityPVP. This was a big server, around 300-500 people. This was a Training, FFA, UHC, and a minigame server. I was a moderator of the server. I moderated the training and FFA Servers. Here is evidence of me being staff on there:
I have also been staff on the Server known as OPCraft. I resigned from here due to personal reasons. I was a Mod but I sadly have no evidence of me being a mod so I will show you evidence of me being a helper. This was with my old in game name, with a nickname known as ItzCustom. This had 100-400 players on at a time.This was a factions server, with three different faction game modes, it also included a survival server.

I have been staff on RedIce. This was a very small server with KitPvP game mode and 2 faction game modes. This only averaged about 50-70 players. This was run by a close friend of mine. I was a helper on there. This server did include screensharing, although it was very improper and was cracked. Here is the evidence of me being staff on there:
I have been staff on NecromanticPvP for a quite a bit, I resigned for certain reasons. The server had a small player base of 10-25 players. Here is proof of my service there:
I was staff on ThunderMeow. This was a small prison server owned by the player named "Truce." This server averaged 5-20 I found this server through MC-Market and a friend and became a helper on there. I resigned for certain reasons. Here is proof of my service:
I was also staff on HabuPvP, sadly being my only HCF experience. I was a trial mod. This was a quite small server averaging 15-30 players. They had both KitMap and HCF, although I barely learned any screensharing, as I only participated in one actual screenshare. Here is proof:
I was SkyBlock Manager of Moderation and Facilities on Narco wars. This was the highest ranked position I had to take on. I had to manage the whole skyblock area alone, as no-one was being recruited into the Skyblock area. This server got 50+ players at its peak. Here is evidence of staffing:
My newest experience was PaladinMC. This is my biggest experience, I was the manager, I accepted and denied applications, interviewed staff members, answer questions from staff, demote and promote staff, etc. The server's player base was small, 5-10 players, till it went down to revamp this.

I can bring lots of things to your community. I am a very dedicated, as shown from my other experiences. When I was previously staff on other servers, it taught me maturity, respect, and discipline. I can bring maturity due to the fact of my previous staffing experiences. I can bring respect due to my dad, teaching me respect and loyalty, comes before anything else. I was disciplined because when I was staff on Serenity and they whipped me up into shape. I have a good clear microphone, as surprisingly I received a Blue Yeti Microphone for my birthday at each house. I have configured it correctly so it is super clear! I have very minimal background noise, so there is not too much static. When I record, my voice is crystal clear so this is a definite plus when assisting in TeamSpeak/Discord. I think your community would be a great experience for me! I would love to work as a high role. I want to ban hackers, mute spammers, and punish all rule breakers. I have a quite high maturity level for my age (just turned 13). I usually hang out around lots of older people (14-18-year-olds), so I have brought lots of maturity through that. Another reason my maturity level is so high is because of the roles I have had to take on Serenity, OPCraft, and Narco wars. Serenity and OPCraft were big servers managing a lot of players that spammed etc. I think above and the following reasons put me above other applicants. I can keep good Vibes on your network by showing no toxicity or immaturity. I will be active and I would put myself on the line to help! I feel like I have a great work ethic as I keep straight A’s in school, and none of other applications have been denied for lack of detail. I am a pretty chill person, although I do get a little hyper and energetic. People say I “yell” due to the fact of my squeaky voice and hopefully my age will not affect anything whatsoever. I rarely get angry at anyone, no matter the situation, because it is just due to my personality. My Dad has been pretty chilled his whole life and I would like to think that this has rubbed off on me.
