A Message From Our Management Team At BearBuilds Services, it is our mission to work with our customers and provide our excellent, top of the line building services at a price you and your server can afford. Hi there! Since 2021, we have been providing the Minecraft community with quality builds, amplifying the professionalism and aesthetic of your server. Our team works full time in order to deliver your product in a timely fashion, as well as serve our clients with a product we can stand behind and be proud of. Quality is important to us, and that being said, we would never hand over something that we personally would never use on our own server. We thank you for considering BearBuilds Services! Privacy Policy Your privacy online is important to us. Your information is kept secure in our files, and will never be disclosed to an unauthorized individual. Privacy is a right, not a privilege. It is for that reason that we take pride in your security and work around the clock to keep your information safe. Cancellation, Refund, and Chargeback Policy Our management team reserves the right to decline a service to any particular individual for any undisclosed reason. BearBuilds does not offer refunds of any kind unless agreed upon between both the builder and the client. No client is entitled to a refund under any circumstances. The only time a refund of a payment will be issued is when it is approved by the builder or our management team. Otherwise, all purchases are final and nonrefundable. If a dispute is opened against our PayPal account, a scam report will immediately be filed against your MC-Market account. This will result in a ban from our Discord server, as well as a blacklist from all of our services, including but not limited to: our Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Discord, our Website, and any other social media platform we have a page on. Payment Policy The only method of payment we accept is PayPal. All payments should be made through Friends & Family, and not include a note attached to the money (for security reasons). When purchasing a build from our team, you will first agree on a price and finalize the deal with the builder(s). Next, you will make a downpayment of exactly 50% of the final cost (ex. you make a purchase of $20, so you would thereby send $10 prior to the start of the commission). Third, the build is started and completed. At this point, free alterations can be made. After this stage, you will pay the final 50% of the bill after approving of your product. Last, the build will be sent directly to you through any means requested (email, Discord PM, etc). Please note that any changes requested to your product after the final payment has been sent out will no longer be free, and instead cost an extra sum that is quoted by our team depending on whatever it may be that you request.
