What is Breakout Incorporated?
Breakout Incorporated is a space themed prison-like server. We are basically creating an entirely new gamemode. This gamemode is about creating a company, and exploring your way through space with friends. You will be given a pickaxe, and a space suit to start with. You must go from there, do the missions to rank up. Rankup to get better to a better planet with better loot. If you work hard enough, you can become your own corporate overlord and employ hundreds of people.
We are opening beta access soon, we are still a bit out from a public release. But we handle all the development and building ourselves, and all staff can join the beta program.

The year is 2237. We have colonized the solar system. We have several missions in progress to new solar systems and we are always looking outwards.
You start off working for us, the federation. We provide you with a high quality starter suit (ignore those cracks, they’re totally fine) and a spaceship to start with.
You can meet up at the central hub, which is maintained by us. (/hub) To start off, you go to your first available planet. In order to get to better planets you will need to do a few missions to unlock them.
You can go to your planet by doing /planet or /mine. Once you mine some blocks, you can go to your spaceship (/spaceship or /ss) and go to the marketto sell them.
Currently, you work for The Federation. We maintain everything around here and currently give you a way to make money. Here, we have a capitalistic government style. This allows corporations to directly compete with each other over resources. We offer a baseline price for all main resources.
As of now, you are nowhere near wealthy enough to open a corporation. However, if you’re a good worker. A nice soul might let you join theirs if you work hard enough. And if you work hard enough, you too can eventually open your own corporation.
Also, as we do maintain everything. We charge all corporations a 10% tax rate on all income made from the public market. We also charge a 15% tax rate on all income made by players from the market.
Oh and, last thing here. For the next 24 hours you have a forcefield. This means you cannot hit users, and they cannot hit you. The Hub and Planets are dangerous, as pvp is enabled.
