My high expectations originates from my high grades in school. I am a honor student who achieves higher than the average in almost every scenario- which also included managing a staff team on a Minecraft. My grammar and my use of the English language are great! Player & staff management
Player and staff management is one of my strong suits. I am a very understanding person and can relate to many people making me easy to work and talk with. I understand and have been put through the stress and pressure of managing large player-bases, as well as coordinating events and managing the staff team. I have the ability to plan and coordinate unique events entertain the players while still maintaining a professional atmosphere for the server. Having worked for some larger servers & networks I understand the need to keep things under control and efficient.
