I cannot tell about the country this user lives in, however, as far as I know, in the UK. You can be registered as a sole trader.

In my country, I dont even have to keep records of stuff earning under 10.000 US dollars.

So yes, he could actually legally be running this. You should really lookup stuff before shit posting.

To put it into perspective - I see you are a developer and designer. Do you have a company for that income?

Most hosts on MCM aren¨t registered anyway.
