Hello everyone!​

My name is Mitchell aka DamagedShadows. I am 20 years old and I will be turning 21 in June. I am here today to offer my services as a staff member or Manager for anyone in need.
I have mainly owned servers rather than worked on other people's servers so most of the ones in my list were just ones I owned.

This is a double manager offer, the other guys info is in the second post on this thread!

Experience: ​

PotatoCraft:

I started out as a mod on the server PotatoCraft and worked my way up. The developer eventually screwed over the owner and deleted alot of the server. The owner was going to shut it down but I decided I'd try to fix things. As I was trying to fix the server I started to realize I would be better off starting from scratch. Eventually I bought the server off the owner and redid everything making it into CrimsonShadows.​

CrimsonShadows:

After taking over PotatoCraft I rebranded it and redid the website and Buycraft myself. I also shut down the server and remade it from scratch because it was poorly setup. The server which was a factions server, eventually merged with Maelstrom Network and became ShadowRealms.​

Maelstrom Network:

I was a helper but also opped, was good friends with the owner and the reason I was only a helper was because I didn't want much of any responsibilities on their server at the time until we merged servers.​

ShadowRealms:

ShadowRealms was the result of me and my friend merging our servers together. We had SkyBlock, SkyGrid, Factions, OP Factions, and I was working on custom coding a KitPvP and Minigames server. I almost finished the KitPvP server before we had to close the server due to money issues. We had a player base of around 20 players average.​

ShadowRealms 2.0:

Why I say 2.0 is because me and my friend tried reopening ShadowRealms and doing things smarter. We had around 20 players average in the first 2 months but we had to close down due to my staff team and friend not getting along with the other owner (who was paying for the server host). I may reopen the server again one day but if I do I'm going to wait till I have a stable high paying job.​

Responsibilities as a Owner:​

All of the servers I have owned I setup myself or with the help of my old partner/friend from Maelstrom Network, he was more of the technology guru then myself so he did the more technical side of things.
I handled advertising, which at the time I knew very little about but thanks to my upcoming business I have learned alot. I also handled with hiring and managing the staff, managed the forums, and managed the community in game. I also coded some, hired builders, hired youtubers, and adjusted the shop both in game and online store (Buycraft) in any way necessary.

Activity: ​

I do have a full-time job so I can only be online for 1-4 hours a day Monday-Thursday. Friday, I can be on for 4-8 hours. Saturday-Sunday I can be online for around 6-12 hours.

About Me:​

I have a full-time job making around 2k a month and I work from 7am-4pm. I am saving up to move to the UK from America which at the rate I am saving up I am excepting too move around late July early August. I am also in the process of opening my own online business which I already have 3 major investors investing a large amount of money each plus business deals with their contacts in advertising all across the board and also with a professional development team. Unfortunately the progress for this business is at almost a stand still for now. Other then the business aspect of life I like to play video games such as Skyrim, Fable, Mass Effect, COD zombies, etc. I'm also into writing up video game ideas and I've shown quiet a few people my ideas and they say my ideas are very unique and they love it so who knows maybe one day I'll get into my dream job aka video game script writing. I also like to watch shows on Netflix and Hulu and Vudu such as walking dead, anything marvel or DC and well just pretty much anything with action, guns, stuff blowing up or hell just simply hot girls in it Lol. I did go to college for 2 years for computer programming and I learned visual basics. I dropped out because after coding for mc with skript and eventually learning some html, css, and java I figured out coding was not something I wanted to do for a living. After dropping out of college I went to work for Dollar General and worked my way up to an ASM, after Dollar General corporate pissed me off I as well as half of my employees and my boss walked out on them and quit on the spot. I eventually moved on to a pizza resturant and then to a store and now I'm working at a factory making alot of money. For me money is not everything but at this current time in my life and with the move I plan on making across the world it is very important. I am the type of person who even when I was poor as dirt if I had a dollar in my pocket and I sawl someone who needed the money I gave them it. I'd give the shirt on my back for someone who needed it.

xD well if you want a life story... Once upon a time I was born... Nah. Just kidding. If I'm going to work for someone or vise versa I like to have a relationship with that person, I like to know my boss/co workers/employees and I like to get along with them. I feel like having a close connection with whoever makes doing the job a little easier because you can trust one another.
