My name is Mitchell aka DamagedShadows. I am 20 years old and I will be turning 21 in June. I am here today to offer my services as a staff member or Manager for anyone in need.
I have mainly owned servers rather than worked on other people's servers so most of the ones in my list were just ones I owned.

Experience:
PotatoCraft:
I started out as a mod on the server PotatoCraft and worked my way up. The developer eventually screwed over the owner and deleted alot of the server. The owner was going to shut it down but I decided I'd try to fix things. As I was trying to fix the server I started to realize I would be better off starting from scratch. Eventually I bought the server off the owner and redid everything making it into CrimsonShadows.
CrimsonShadows:
After taking over PotatoCraft I rebranded it and redid the website and Buycraft myself. I also shut down the server and remade it from scratch because it was poorly setup. The server which was a factions server, eventually merged with Maelstrom Network and became ShadowRealms.
Maelstrom Network:
I was a helper but also opped, was good friends with the owner and the reason I was only a helper was because I didn't want much of any responsibilities on their server at the time until we merged servers.
ShadowRealms:
ShadowRealms was the result of me and my friend merging our servers together. We had SkyBlock, SkyGrid, Factions, OP Factions, and I was working on custom coding a KitPvP and Minigames server. I almost finished the KitPvP server before we had to close the server due to money issues. We had a player base of around 20 players average.
ShadowRealms 2.0:
Why I say 2.0 is because me and my friend tried reopening ShadowRealms and doing things smarter. We had around 20 players average in the first 2 months but we had to close down due to my staff team and friend not getting along with the other owner (who was paying for the server host). I may reopen the server again one day but if I do I'm going to wait till I have a stable high paying job.
Responsibilities as a Owner:
I handled advertising, which at the time I knew very little about but thanks to my upcoming business I have learned alot. I also handled with hiring and managing the staff, managed the forums, and managed the community in game. I also coded some, hired builders, hired youtubers, and adjusted the shop both in game and online store (Buycraft) in any way necessary.
