Hello MC-Market! Today I am going to be representing the new HCF server, "MythicHQ"! Currently the server is still in process and will soon have a host! We have all the website and server files! We are looking to build a strong Staff Team and you can apply here!

Admin on some Prison server years ago - 5 playeds
Co Owner on 5 of my friends servers
Currently Mod on DecivedPvP, now if i get accepted id prefer a 1.7 HCF server to staff lol.
Was also a "Tester" on EvoPvP. NoBoomGaming & JackSucksAtLifes server/ Foallow could vouch.

Why are you applying?
To help the community be clean. I bought vape.gg to test it and have now figured how to detect it, sadly it got locked before I could use and see how other staff do.

Anything else?
Not sure, captain our Football team at school, being called a Natural team Player.

How would i react to someone advertising?
Tempban them for 1-4 weeks or mute them for however long the server rules is.

How would i react to a player spamming?
Mute them for a few hours and warn them first.

What would you do if a player was suspicious?
If it was Xray, watch him, and then ss him. Hacks such as vape, etc i would speak to Admins or tell them to watch. If none are avalible ss him.

Can i SS?
Yes, i can find Drek, Merge, Vape etc. May take lessons too

Skype,ts discord - Yes I do have discordapp and Teamspeak 3 as it is an everyday application I use and I am fairly experienced with it.

How many times a week can you get on - I will most likely be able to get on every day, as it is important to have staff on at various times to check up on the server.

Past experiences - I am experienced highly with Factions servers and know how its ran, I am also decently experienced with HCF servers as I have been apart of a fair amount of staff teams on some servers. I do understand what the duty of a "HCF" staff member, and what obstacles are expected to occur. I am also a processional builder who builds as his hobby.

Are you committed?- Yes I am committed to this project and will dedicate my time into helping the server reach its fullest potential

Why are you applying - I am applying because this server seems to be very well organized and owned by Owners who do have experienced so if they are trying their hardest so I am willing to help this server and try my hardest to become apart of a friendly team and help them beat their competition.

Anything else - I love teamwork, that's my moto and I think that's the first answer to bringing out an great outcome.

How Would you react to a player advertising? I will permanently ban them but of course clear that chat as we don't want our players getting a hold of that IP as if they join that server our players may be damaged, or threatened and we of course want our players safe. I will permanently ban them as they breaking the rules and stealing players from our server that was worked on hard.

How would you react to a player spamming? I would first temp-mute them, if they do it for a longer time, I will temp-mute them for a longer range of time, and at last permanently mute them. Now according to MysticHQ's rules I am not sure what your rules are, so I don't know if I should clear chat before taking further actions, but of course I hope there is a staff guidelines that we can follow.

What would you do if a player was suspicious? For hacking purposes I would just screenshare them just in case for further notice, because Hacked Clients are very specialized in bypassing AntiCheat's nor making it looks obvious these days. Unless MysticHQ is able to get a hold of CheatBreaker and partner with them it can reduce it at least a bit but it's all up to you guys.

Do you know how to screenshare? I am decent at it, I have done it a couple times and watched many staff series, but I will be sure to practice screensharing.

Not trashing your thread whats so ever, but if you accept people off of mcm that write a 200 word application you will end up having a non enjoyable hcf server with staff that dont know what they are doing. Ive seen it all to much bud.
