Hello! My name is Mv_, and I am offering my management services. I have recently not had much to do lately and decided to get back into management. I currently do not wish to be paid, I want a server that will succeed and that I will have a helping hand in. There are a number of things I can do to your server right now! (Section 2-B).

Here are a few disclaimers I wish to get out of the way:
- I have full discretion on where I will be working.
- If I do decide to resign, I will give a 2 weeks notice. If the situation is extremely bad, I will leave without notice.
- You will have full permission to demote me from your server, however, all of the guides and other work I have done will not be yours.

I have managed and owned a couple of servers, having two of them being a success. I have also worked as staff on multiple servers, some of them being well-known, such as Faithful, Cronix, etc.. Server names and positions will be disclosed via PMs.
I believe that after having those experiences, I am ready to get back into management with new knowledge of how to properly and efficiently manage a server. Most of my experience is in the HCF/Factions field, however, I am open to any type of server.

☯ My Knowledge [3-B] ☯
During my time staffing in various game modes, I think it is safe to say I know most commands associated with the core game modes. I also know how to setup servers well, along with Discord, TeamSpeak, Slack, Telegram, and other servers.
I have also been taught by some of the best screen-sharing instructors in the field, however, I do not have any strings.
I try my best to make sure that Player-Staff relations are at it's highest. On some servers, and even in real-life, many people disrespect the authorities because of the fact that they punish some players unfairly and do not listen to the common player. I am here to change that.
My strongest strength, however, is on the server and managing the staff team. I understand how staffing works, along with the type of person it takes. I can easily tell who is worthy of being promoted by someone who hardly tries at all. With my help, any server could have a fantastic, well trained, and cooperative staff team.

Just to make things clear, I am not just another manager doing it for the money. I will be completely dedicated to the server that I am working on, along with making sure that I see it through to success. I do not wish to be paid, nor will I want any percent of the donations. Instead, I wish to start an amazing community and server alongside the ownership team.
