A brief introduction
Hi there, my name is Scuddee! After recently taking a break from Minecraft I am now looking for the opportunity to get back into server management. You will find below all relevant details, but please don't hesitate in contacting me for further information.
About Me
My real name is Scott, I am 22 years old and I live in Scotland. I have a full time job but spend the large majority of my free time gaming. I have (at least) 6 years of Minecraft experience, I remember playing pre-Beta 1.4 (what a change since then!). After playing single-player survival for a few months I stumbled upon Multiplayer and the limited amount of servers available at the time. This has led to my 5½ years of server experience. I'm generally quite a light-hearted guy, I'm down for a good laugh but I can be strict when necessary. I like to thing I have a good sense of humour, though I'll let you be the judge of that!
My Experience
Scuddee's X-Treme Survival Server - Owner

My first server dates back to the start of 2012. It's hard to pinpoint what type of server this was, it was a Towny server.. without Towny. I assigned players plots of land (this was before the plots plugin came out) and they ventured and explored to their hearts content. The server wasn't a massive success but I didn't want it to be, I wasn't asking for donations and was running it for fun. I eventually had to stop the server due to an extremely abusive admin destroying the community.
Scuddee's X-treme Survival V2 - Owner

My second server dates to later in 2012 and had the same overall theme as the first. It had better and more plugins with a larger fan-base and overall more stability. Again, I was running this server for fun. The server ran successfully for around 4-5 months before I closed it as it was time to move on.

For my third server I was recruited by a former player of mine to help put together his server, Shinkacraft, in mid 2013. I unfortunately cannot find the original release forum thread. This server was a fantastic release, having a great map paired with a great story. I left this server after 4 months of work, leaving a successful driven server to push what would end up becoming a long run of successful faction servers.
ScuddamPvP - Co-Owner

I went on to partner up with my YouTuber friend, Rectorfy. Together we created ScuddamPvP, our first faction server. The server was a small hit, with at-least 15 active players online at all times. The server ran smoothly for 5 months before affordability dried up.
GoldRush PvP - Moderator

I joined GoldRush mid 2014. My friend Rectorfy had already been playing GoldRush for numerous months and had worked his way up the staff ranks. After playing for a few weeks, the original owner, Herculius, realised my potential so promoted me to Helper then again to Moderator. This server was a massive success, being one of the biggest at its time with a steady 50-60 people minimum. Sadly, the owner disappeared one day and took everything with him with no contact.
GoldRush PvP v2! - Co-Owner

Fortunately, after a few months Rectorfy had got into contact with Herculius and received a copy of the spawn and full permission from him to continue with the name GoldRush. Together we built up another strong player-base of around 50 players (some old, some new). We have continued with this server on and off for the past 3 years, each time it becoming a success. What can I bring?
As you can imagine, I have gathered an extensive set of skills over the past 5 years that could make me a great addition to your team. I am proficient in Staff Management, in addition to my Minecraft experience my real job involves this. I am confident working in a team, and can handle a large majority of affairs (from task giving and taking to providing motivation and discipline). I have a maturity that comes with my age, as I've said I can be strict when necessary but I'm mellow enough to moderate the severity of strictness.
I have a good overall knowledge of plugins, whether that be configuration or management. I have dabbled in dedicated servers and using SSH, having set-up a few of the above servers myself, installing Multicraft or TS on them, etc. I have a good knowledge of Enjin and a great knowledge of Buycraft, having set-up around 9 different Buycraft pages for servers.
What would I like?
I'd prefer the server to have it's own steady player-base and website. It's own store is not required, I can assist with this. I'm not setting out demanding payment for my services, however it would be rewarding and greater motivation if this was available. It would be preferable if I was paid that it would be through PayPal and through F&F.
