Your server wont succeed if you don't pay the ones who deserve it.

I would definitely recommend finding the budget with 3 owners to pay developers.

We will most likely not pay for developers.

I highly doubt you will find any developers to work for free except for people new to MCM or new to development in general, I suggest you find a budget and find developers willing to do commission based work.

I'm calling bullshit on that then. But anyway, unless you want more hate and laughter than support on your server, don't look for free developers. No one is going to stress themselves out for 0 pay. People rather would go with others who are willing to pay. Don't even start a server if you can't pay for devs.

It’s not true at all, I’m a free developer. There are also many free developers out there, that are not on MCM.

If they aren't on MCM, don't search for them on MCM.
