Greetings MCM Community!
Mianite Interactive is a server in the works, with big plans for the future! With our open beta release being projected for mid-February, we have a lot of work that needs to get done but not enough staff members to help with it! As a result, we have turned to the community here in hopes of getting some new members to join our one-of-a-kind server!
Why should you apply for Mianite Interactive?
Mianite Interactive isn't the average server you would come across, it is somehow different and far more intriguing. We have a hard working, dedicated and committed staff team who are always prepared for any questions you may have. Mianite Interactive is a professional server run by a professional staff team who do their job and do it to the best of their abilities. We host weekly meetings on our Discord and go through the servers progress and share ideas / content we can implement onto the server.
Mianite Interactive is looking for staff members who are able to meet deadlines, showcase the best of their abilities, professionalism and most importantly; people who are willing to be dedicated and active throughout the network. Tips and Tricks
When creating your application make sure to include lots of detail and information. We don’t get this a lot when reading applications, and it shows that the applicant is slacking. This is something we do not want in our staff members. We want people to show their dedication towards the server in the application and we can't simply accept someone who puts minimal effort into their application.
Originality:
This is one of the most important parts of your application, why be like any other applicant? express yourself and say why you should be chosen over any other applicant worthy of being accepted.
Experience
Even if your experience might seem worthless, include it. If you have been a staff member on a server with a ten member player base, we want to hear about it. What did you experience? Was it a challenge? What did you learn from your experiences?
Maintaining reputation
If you can't maintain your reputation throughout your time on Mianite then you are not fit for the team, this is one of those sections we will look into, we don't want abusive players, only players who will use their powers to benefit the community of Mianite, we want to maintain a strong and reliable team who are ready to help and do their jobs correctly.

So, what exactly is Mianite Interactive?
Mianite Interactive (sometimes abbreviated as MI) is a project to create a server which surpasses other servers. It is being run and funded by TheWorldHost (also known as Regnozes), the owner of the team and server. Our server is not an unrefined project nor is it being made in a hurry. Lots of effort and countless hours are being put into this one-of-a kind project, hence why we treasure our staff team and development team so much. We have aspirations and goals, and we plan on meeting and exceeding them! The server will be very slightly based off of the original Mianite series done by CaptainSparklez, in that we will have the three gods (Mianite, Dianite and Ianite). However, we wouldn’t be unique if we simply copied that server! We are going to be including content of vast originality and customized utilities to utilize within the server; We will have the following special features:
Custom lore
Written for us by our exceptional lore team, these pieces will add depth and history to the world around you so that you can learn more about this new and exciting realm.
Custom Storyline
This is the backbone of the server, and will be what the player will be following/doing while on the server. Custom written by the owner and a select few from the lore team, the storyline is sure to excite and keep our players engaged no matter where they are in terms of progression through the map.
Custom plugins
Our server will also have custom plugins being integrated into the gameplay, so that your experience is tailored to this server and you enjoy things such as handmade GUIs.
Quality builds
Mianite Interactive will be using our builders and will be creating builds from the ground up. This will ensure that the builds we have will fit in nicely with the other aspects of the server, and further enhance the story.
Custom enchants
Our developers will be adding custom enchantments to enhance the gameplay and give it another dimension and layer of content to explore and experiment with. This deviation from vanilla Minecraft will serve to further engage our players and keep them playing on Mianite Interactive!
Custom texture and sound packs
We are with high hopes for this feature. We are in the process of creating a custom texture and sound pack for our server, something that many servers lack. We feel that this is a way for us to give our players a richer experience and make them feel that they are the character within the game. The custom textures will allow us to make evil mobs more gruesome, temples more heavenly and skies more beautiful. With the custom sounds, we turn a plain and boring zombie grunt into the war cry of a demon from the depths of hell and this immerses the player in an even more unique experience that sets us apart from our potential competitors.

What ranks can I apply for/what ranks are available?
Lore Writer
These guys go off simple verbal instructions about the lore of various things. They tell the story of the land and the people by coming up with intense and interesting background/lore for custom items, weapons, areas, people, and structures! Their job is very important and very time consuming.
Storyliner
These guys write the story of the entire server! Their teamwork and cooperation is key, as everyone must agree on a section of story for it to be added or else it's scrapped. This requires you to have decent grammar, organization, and a top notch creative mind!
Builder
Our talented builders create the structures you will see within the server. Although the map will be World Painted (Custom made) we will need these folks to build our server from the ground up! Please note that this rank is NOT paid.
Terraformer:
This is separate from builder for a reason. These people specialize in creating landscapes and their features specifically ( Sand dunes, Giant caves, Hills, Ocean Arches, etc.) for us to include in our custom maps.
Plugin Configurator
These people must know how to configure even the most detailed of plugins. Json configs will be passed out to be worked on so you must have the ability to edit plugins like Crackshot or other similar plugins. Also, you must be able to troubleshoot plugins that do not work.
Graphics Designer (GFX Designer)
These people work tirelessly creating amazing logos,banners, titles, and more for Mianite Interactive! Their dedication and generosity to the team is nothing short of fantastic. Though this rank is not paid, we do have exclusive "compensations" in the works for their hard work and diligence.
NOTE: These positions are demanding, time consuming and take a lot of dedication and hard work, you must be prepared/able to take on this rank and know that you will be set a task and a reasonable date in which your project
must be completed.
