High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.
Unfortunately, due to our finances none of these positions are payed. This is a big project that may take a few months to create. Meaning we have to save up money to keep the server up and running for a few months and many more months after that. Also, the XenoForo website that we our working on isn’t cheap at all, and then there’s some other small things for the server we have to save up money for.

Hello! Due to many factors listed below I will have to deny you! I took the time to write those factors, I would read them and learn from them. We usually would give most members 3 days to write another application if they want too, but due to the things I have found on your profile I'm really not wanting you to be on this staff team. Meaning, if you apply again your application will be denied.
Underage: Looking at your post on your wall, we noticed that you turned 13 less than a month ago. Admins are needing to be 15 years olds and older while Moderators are needing to be 14 years and older. Helpers can be 13 or older. Because, you applied for Admin and you're 13, that is another factor on why we will be denying you.
Immaturity: Going through your posts we have noticed multiple people call you out and say that you made slavery and racism jokes. In one of them you claim that what they’re saying is false, and then in another one you claim that it is true. Not only do we have Immaturity but we also have dishonesty. Also, we found a post you made about 5-6 months ago being rude to a player and being immature at the same time, all of these are not acceptable for a staff member.

This just shows us that you are not willing to work hard for something, and you dont really care. You make a application and just send it to every good recruitment thread you see. Man there are so many reasons why you shouldn't be a staff member. But I also found this https://docs.google.com/document/d/11PZC3LUCoZN3bkzpCSCv45jGuoJAXTSUCAbsfH7vxbM/edit which goes over the reason you were denied from LemondCloud. In that it says you made inappropriate jokes, immaturity, made false bans, lack of honesty, and lack of professionalism.
Oh and we noticed you're a staff member of PrimeMc and you had created your own Build Team called Ambush. You most likely are a staff member on many diffrent small servers at the time due to you copying and pasting applications. Meaning, you won't be that active and we require staff members to be very active and involved.

After a long wait we’re proud to announce that we’re now taking in applications once again!
Introduction
Greetings Traveler! Mianite Interactive is a new upcoming RPG server that is home to three ancient gods. Mianite, the god of peace and ruler of the aether. Lady Ianite, the goddess of balance and the ruler of the end. And then Lord Dianite, god of destruction and ruler of the nether. The three gods are siblings, and their parents and the story of their birth are long lost, to be discovered. Then, there is you. You are the hero that appeared in the land of Mianite to save it from any threat. Here at Mianite Interactive we want to be more than just a server, we want to build a community. We’re here today recruiting skilled individuals who are immensely passionate and committed to this upcoming server. The Mianite Recruitment Team is looking to recruit experienced, passionate, dedicated, and commuted individuals who are wanting to be part of a professional and upcoming big server. Without staff, this project would be almost impossible and would take years, and we need everyone we can get, which is of course why we have decided to start this thread in order to find staff that in the end have the same goal.
Server Features
Quests: A new twist to the average gameplay, Quests with a great storyline that will bring an exciting adventure to the game. Mianite Interactive plans on having 150 quests relating to the story, 250 side quests that have nothing to do with the story, and 40 quests that relate to a storyline that will only be obtainable by donating. There will be an endless amount of fun!
Dungeons: Massive boss battles lie deep within the dungeons. Here is where players can test their might and fight the strongest mobs with a chance of getting extremely good loot. Players will team up with friends or go on their own and go through these dungeons and earn rewards. There will be a handful of Dungeons before the official server release, each containing different custom mobs
Unique Storyline and Lore: Only a tiny bit of our storyline and lore will run off of the Mianite series. Really only about 2% run off of the original Mianite series. The rest of the storyline and lore are and will be created by are amazing Storyline and Lore teams. The storyline will definitely keep players at the edge of their seat, and the lore will want players to read more!
Variety Of Custom Plugins: Unlike most RPG servers that have the basics plugins, Mianite Interactive will feature a variety of custom made plugins that are development team will create. These plugins will enhance the gameplay and overall benefit the server and the players on the server.
Custom Texturepack: Mianite Interactive will have a custom texture pack that will fit the overall theme of the server. No, you’re not required to use this texture pack but certainly will make the experience more realistic and fun if you do! Almost every block will be custom textured.
And Much More: There are so many features that I wish I could just have the pleasure to list all of them for you but, that would only ruin the experience for you as a player. With that said we will be keeping a lot more of the feature a secret for players and even for some of are staff!
Available Server Staff Positions
Admin: These people watch over the server when the owner/manager is away. They have final say in conflict on the server and have freedom to punish as seem fit ( If reasonable.) They watch over the server and keep it protected from high priority threats.
Moderators: These people moderate the chat and the server. Mod's only have final say in situations if no admins are on and must go by set guidelines for punishment. They protect from spammers/trolls and keep the server a fun and safe place to interact.
Helpers: These people help the staff/players in any way they can. They answer questions, assist with solving conflicts, and other various things. They are limited to only able to warn players. Even though their title is small, their impact is large.
Available Development Staff Positions
Development Manager: This is our most demanding rank. You will need able to provide service in multiple development team's areas (Graphics, configuration, lore, story writing, and developers) in order to be able to attain this rank. Why is it so demanding while all the other's aren't quite? Because the development of the server is crucial, right next to the community. We require our Development Manager to be a role model for the rest of the team, which mean's doing workloads at a time. ( What else do you expect from a rank that gives you nearly full power over a entire team of individuals?).
Lore: These guys go off simple verbal instructions about the lore of various things. They tell the story of the land and the people by coming up with intense and interesting background/lore for custom items, weapons, areas, people, and structures! Their job is very important and very time consuming.
Storyliner: These guys write the story of the entire server! Their teamwork and cooperation is key, as everyone must agree on a section of story for it to be added or else its scrapped. This requires you to have decent grammar, organization, and a top notch creative mind!
Builder: Our talented builders create the structures you will see within the server. Although the map will be World Painted (Custom made) we will need these folks to build our server from the ground up! Please note that this rank is NOT paid.
Terraformer: This is separate from builder for a reason. These people specialize in creating landscapes and their features specifically ( Sand dunes, Giant caves, Hills, Ocean Arches, etc.) for us to include in our custom maps.
Plugin Configurator: These people must know how to configure even the most detailed of plugins. Json configs will be passed out to be worked on so you must have the ability to edit plugins like Crackshot or other similar plugins. Also, you must be able to troubleshoot plugins that do not work.
Graphics Designer: These people work tirelessly creating amazing logos,banners, titles, and more for Mianite Interactive! Their dedication and generosity to the team is nothing short of fantastic. Though this rank is not paid, we do have exclusive "compensations" in the works for their hard work and diligence.

We want to show a lot of the progress we make on this server but we also have to keep some progress a secret so the players that join the server will be surprised and have the feel of excitement! How long will it take to receive a reply for my application?
You will receive a reply for your application within 24 hours.
What happens next after I'm accepted?
After you’re accepted you will be contacted on Discord. Than you will be asked even more questions, similar to an interview. If we think you would be a good asset to the team after the interview you will be a staff member, if we don’t think you’re the type of staff member we’re looking for than we will let you go. When recruiting staff we take it very serious, and deciding if someone is a staff member by an application isn’t really the right way to recruiting staff, and that is why we decided to put in the interview stage.
If I was denied, can I apply again?
Yes! After your application has been denied you're allowed to apply for a staff position in three days from the point of being denied. If you apply before three days once again you will be denied, and all your future applications will be denied due to the fact that you can't follow directions. Three days isnt really a lot of time to wait, during that time you can work on your application.
How many staff members do you have now?
Currently Mianite Interactive Staff Team consists of one Director, three managers, four server staff, and five development staff, making it a 13 person staff team. Though that number is subject to change when we have recruited more members to the team from sites we have recruitment threads from. The Development Staff are really the ones doing most of the work however, we have kept the staff members busy writing official server documents and anything that will need to be added to the Mianite Interactive community forums.
How many staff members do you plan on having?
Recruiting a large staff team (30) isnt really necessary at this stage of development. With that said we will probably close applications at 20-25 staff members as that is plenty of staff for the server. Though, when we become big we will be looking to recruit a larger staff team that may consist of 30 to 35 staff members

I absolutely love new minecraft servers and growing communities. To be a part of one once again would be amazing. I'm very passionate and dedicate to projects I set myself to complete. I previously owned a minecraft survival server which was quite successful, it received positive feedback and a decent amount of donations. My aim for the server was to create an amazing community which I personally feel like I succeeded. I had to give up that server so I could work on my company 'Exalted'. Exalted offers setups, configurations and builds. If I'm accepted I will be able to use my configuration and setup knowledge to help server. I have great communication skills and can monitor forums, TS3 and discord.
Have you ever been banned or punished on any server? If so, why?
I received a temporary ban on a whitelist server called AWNW, this ban was for x-raying how ever it was wrongly issued. I cannot recall any other server bans.

I would record evidence of the hacker and send all information to a staff member with higher authority.
Scenario: A player is constantly being disruptive to other players. What do you do?
I would record evidence or take screenshots of this player causing disruption then take the necessary action. Most likely a warning, warning, kick, temp mute, perm mute.
Scenario: You’re fighting a player and you think he has force-field, but you’re unsure. What do you do?
I would start recording and further investigate this user. Eventually coming to a conclusion. I would send my recording to other staff members to get their opinion then act depending on my thoughts and the other staff members thoughts.
Scenario: You’re receiving two messages from players on the server at the same time. One is reporting a player for hacking and asked if you could watch him. The other is asking a swarm of questions. How would you handle this?
I would message the user asking the questions to wait several minutes until I'm free or give him the username of another staff member to ask. I would then watch the hacker, if the question is very simple and easy to answer I would quickly reply.

I can bring to you're server hours of activity and with activity becomes a safer enviroment and a safe feel to you're server, I can also bring professionalism, by this I mean that all confidential things will stay confidential, I will in no way shape or form do anything to hurt you're server nor damage it, I'm a very dedicated member of the community and will most likely stay with you're server as long as there's nothing corrupt happening or that I don't like, this includes: Corrupt staff, corrupt Playerbase (this is an important key because I want to actually do something and not moderate a server with 0 Playerbase), Abuse staff members or unfair advantages, etc.
I am great at "Staff Management", if you are not farmiliar with this term it means to moderate the staff team and make sure everything is going good and that the staff members are doing there jobs (Atleast in Minecraft), I do all sorts of Management.
I feel I will do brilliantly at the role of "Develepment Manager" because I can dedicate hours of activity towards the server and make sure everything is running smoothly, being a development manager, activity is one of the most important things as the main key to this role is to make sure the server and the development of the server is healthy and that there are no problems that occur and if they do they will be fixed straight away.
I have many experiences with being a leader or running a large group of people, and in this case running pacific groups of people and telling them what needs to be done and when it needs to be done, I am not bossy I am straight to the point, if someone is not doing as they are supposed to be I will inform someone higher than me but firstly I will take care of it myself and put them back on track, i know how to run large groups of people as I have already said and I know how to deal with the situations I will be facing in a sleek and professional way making sure that nothing gets leaked, etc.

I am a very dedicated person, I will never leave a server after a month I will stick with it until it ends, if I ever did resign from my staff role I would make sure that it is done professionally and not stupidly, for instance griefing or releasing private & confidential things about the server. My dedication is a great thing you will notice about me, I will always be doing something when I am on the server even if it's via Teamspeak or even on the forums asking/answering questions that the community have, I will always be busy and will make sure the staff team is as well.
I am great when it comes to Moderating, If someone has reported a staff member for "abusing" I will make sure they supply evidence before hand as I don't want my staff team getting demoted for no reason, I have seen this happen in a lot of servers and I don't want this happening here.
I would also like to add that I am very excited to see the outcome of you're server, you're builds and aspects of the server are very eye catching and professional. You're server appeals to me rather than other servers because of this and I would love to one day be helping the growth of Mianite.
I am interested in also funding for some new plugins, builds etc if needed (Not a bribe). You can private message me about that.

My past experience is not in game experience it is outside of virtual reality experience for example at the age of 14 I ran a clothing company, not big, but made a lot of sales during the summer, I had my own "Staff" if you will, these staff members were my friends or family, I didnt treat them in any different way I treated them as if I didn't have any relation to them, they all had different roles and I moderated them and made sure the company was not dying and that it was always developing. I loved every minute of this experience but decided to end the business as it was too much to deal with at the time. From this experience I have learnt more & more about developing websites, finding and claiming good domains, I also learnt about graphic designing, for example the designs on the clothes I sold, I'm learning design & Technolodgy at school and might in the future reborn my company and start again.
I have been a staff member on Minecraft servers before don't get me wrong, I recently got a staff placement on a server with a 1k + Playerbase that I unfortunately got demoted because out of the blue my whole account became compromised and this lead to inactivity but this was all my fault as I did not secure my account, I have a new account now that is fully safe and hack free.

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself, my name is Peter and I'm currently 15 years of age, I have been playing Minecraft for about 4 years, I'm interested in Server Management and helping out servers in need, I currently study Design and Technolodgy in school and Business studies, these both help me complete my career as a Staff Manager and I hope to persu this career in the future or my clothing company idea. I have many aspects in life and many of them have been complete, I want people to see a difference in there community that I help and them to see I am a reputable member of the community and I hope that I can use my skills towards making your server a better place.

I am a very dedicated person, I will never leave a server after a month I will stick with it until it ends, if I ever did resign from my staff role I would make sure that it is done professionally and not stupidly, for instance griefing or releasing private & confidential things about the server. My dedication is a great thing you will notice about me, I will always be doing something when I am on the server even if it's via Teamspeak or even on the forums asking/answering questions that the community have, I will always be busy and will make sure the staff team is as well.
I am great when it comes to Moderating, If someone has reported a staff member for "abusing" I will make sure they supply evidence before hand as I don't want my staff team getting demoted for no reason, I have seen this happen in a lot of servers and I don't want this happening here.
I would also like to add that I am very excited to see the outcome of you're server, you're builds and aspects of the server are very eye catching and professional. You're server appeals to me rather than other servers because of this and I would love to one day be helping the growth of Mianite.
I am interested in also funding for some new plugins, builds etc if needed (Not a bribe). You can private message me about that.
What is your past experience with the position you're wanting? If any.
My past experience is not in game experience it is outside of virtual reality experience for example at the age of 14 I ran a clothing company, not big, but made a lot of sales during the summer, I had my own "Staff" if you will, these staff members were my friends or family, I didnt treat them in any different way I treated them as if I didn't have any relation to them, they all had different roles and I moderated them and made sure the company was not dying and that it was always developing. I loved every minute of this experience but decided to end the business as it was too much to deal with at the time. From this experience I have learnt more & more about developing websites, finding and claiming good domains, I also learnt about graphic designing, for example the designs on the clothes I sold, I'm learning design & Technolodgy at school and might in the future reborn my company and start again.
I have been a staff member on Minecraft servers before don't get me wrong, I recently got a staff placement on a server with a 1k + Playerbase that I unfortunately got demoted because out of the blue my whole account became compromised and this lead to inactivity but this was all my fault as I did not secure my account, I have a new account now that is fully safe and hack free.

I would like to tell you a little bit about myself, my name is Peter and I'm currently 15 years of age, I have been playing Minecraft for about 4 years, I'm interested in Server Management and helping out servers in need, I currently study Design and Technolodgy in school and Business studies, these both help me complete my career as a Staff Manager and I hope to persu this career in the future or my clothing company idea. I have many aspects in life and many of them have been complete, I want people to see a difference in there community that I help and them to see I am a reputable member of the community and I hope that I can use my skills towards making your server a better place.

I have written chronicles of SaiCoPvP staff members, and I was actively doing said chronicles about 1 year ago. Since then, my writing has improved. Recently, I have been doing vouch copies for MCM community members, and all have given me positive vouches thus far.
