• The product isn’t completed by the completion date​

2. After we agree on a price, this is final
3. I am providing a server setup, meaning, unless stated otherwise, no custom plugins will be used
4. I will not use leaked plugins for my services provided by a client
5. I will not use leaked files for my services provided by a client
6. Once payment is sent, you cannot cancel or stop the service and receive a refund unless the completion date has passed, at which point, you can:​

• Grant additional time for completion​
• Request for a full refund​

*100% satisfaction refers to and is limited to:​

• The service doesn’t include all of features agreed upon​
• The service isn’t completed​
• The service has bugs that haven’t been fixed within a month of the service date​

If you purchase a service or product, you must agree to these terms of service.
