Jesus. Are you looking for a Developer or a Slave? If you cannot download and setup Clearlag, why would any decent developer trust you to be able to run a server?

Not to mention, "paying afterwords" when you are asking for 1 person to do this much, good luck.

If anyone actually takes this job, just note there is no way this server will get off the ground, OR (if some how it does) earn revenue.
