I only have screenshots of two in the thread. However I have made bots that do the following too:

.rank <name> command to get a players rank using their IGN from a Luckperms database.
.head / .body <name> to show an image of a players body.
.online to get how many people are currently on the MC server and display that in chat.

I haven't been doing Discord bots long, however I have been doing node.js for some time. Therefore its fairly easy for me to add anything thats needed.

Yes, they are built in JavaScript. Therefore, the bot and the source code are the same thing.
