What makes NitroNode different from other hosts such as Skynode, Shockbyte, PebbleHost, or Heavynode? The product configuration page also looks extremely familiar...
There's obviously numerous things on this site that's just blatantly ripped off from other established hosts.
It's stated that you offer SFTP access, however, as far as I'm aware multicraft doesn't offer SFTP.
On the front page of the website it's stated "Our panel is powered by Multicraft". However on the billing side of things this is contradicted by stating Pterodactyl is used.

Your very point contradicts itself - what differs PebbleHost from HeavyNode, Shockbyte from SkyNode respectively?
Besides a product configuration page, I’m failing to understand what else is “blatantly ripped off” from other Hosts.
As for Pterodactyl and SFTP being mentioned across our website - I thought I had already addressed this issue, however it appears I’ve missed some. Early into development we sought to use Pterodactyl as our choice of software for the panel, with a full theme being made to suit - however a late decision was made to change to Multicraft, which you’d be right in saying isn’t possible, and was changed accordingly across our website.
Corrections will be made to rectify these issues ASAP - thank you for your feedback.
I approached a user who had a network IP as his playing status - that screenshot is taken out of context as there’s no proof as to the user being contacted through another hosts Discord?
Got banned from your discord because I reported you for DM advertising on another server. Already opened a thread about you on summerhoax providing all the proof required. All the proof is there for somebody who wants to check(can't post links since I am a new user at mcmarket and I need 3 posts).

We did some early market analysis and found that it was possible for us to provide high specification servers space at a low cost. We have basically developed our delivery model and market location to be just that, low cost and high quality with fantastic support from our team.
It's quite a hard to distinguish yourself as unique in a market where everyone is fundamentally selling the same thing.

What you did is still not allowed by Discord as far as I'm aware. You're sending unsolicited promotional content to another user, or just call it SPAM.
Dan and the NitroNode team are amazing at what they do.
The servers are reliable and easy to set up for such a low price and the support team offer Premium Discord Support. The community on Discord are friendly and Dan is very helpful. The Support Team offers 24/7 support because of the wide range of timezones (and the fact that Dan hardly sleeps). After reporting bugs he makes sure to fix them in a short space of time which I think is fantastic. The whole company is absolutely brilliant and I definitely think they are a worthwhile company that offer great prices and lots of support. I've had my server running for a bit now and it's easy to get it started and keep it running with multiple heavy plugins.
Once again, huge vouch for the NitroNode team.

Currently, I use NitroNode for my server, So far the experience has been amazing the support is quick and very much helpful to make sure everything is running to a standard you are comfortable with. I'd recommend using this service as not meany hosting companies are able to provide as much support as Nitro Node. The discord is filled with amazing people who are consistently active witch I like, Dan the CEO of NitroNode is incredible with support and managing this service making it even better as he goes along. he knows more of what he is doing than anyone, I cannot vouch any harder than this. I'd recommend using this hosting service.
