Our team is constantly developing new strategies to block DDoS attacks from reaching our customers websites. This means that a bypass attack towards us would be ineffective.

Q: What is Sensor Mode?
A: Sensor Mode is a system that Flux has put in place to stop attacks. The sensor is constantly looking for attacks that might try to interrupt your website availability. If an attack is found the sensor will kick in and prevent the attack from interrupting with your site. This means that we will deploy a javascript challenge in front of your website only when you are under attack.
Q: How much time takes the sensor mode to deploy?
A: Our sensor mode is always looking for attacks against the network, this means that once an attack is detected, it will take from 0.5 seconds to 1 second to deploy the anti DDoS filters. As the sensor engine is very fast, your website will not suffer from any downtime.
Q: How can I know that my website is being attacked?
A: We have a notification system in place that will notify you via Email, Discord Webhook and SMS. The notification message includes the size of the attack.
Q: Do you have a dashboard that I can manage my domain?
A: Recently, we have launched our beta dashboard. After payment, you will receive the confirmation via email with the details. It's possible to change the challenge type, sensor threshold, notification info and upload a custom SSL certificate. You can also view analytics and download raw logs from our dashboard.
