Staff Manager Requirements

- Be at least 15 years old.
- Have a range of experience.
- Act maturely and professionally at all times.
- Be able to spend a large amount of time on the server.
- Be able to handle lots of things going on at once & handle stress.
- Be able to communicate easily with people in BST (London) timezone.
- Have good time management.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Spend spare time on Frozen-MC, and not be working on other servers.

Staff Manager Responsibilities

- Creating and posting adverts for hiring new staff.
- Control the hiring of new staff members.
- Monitor current staff activity.
- Monitor the wellbeing of staff members.
- Control when staff should be promoted or demoted.
- Handel all staff applications.
- Host interviews for new staff members.
- Host build tests for new builders.

Clearly, we don't mean any other real IRL work or any other work you do online. We just would prefer that our candidates aren't staff on other servers so that they can focus their work here. Of course, we take this on a case by case basis and as long as it dosn't affect their effort on Frozen-MC, we will often allow it.
