High Quality Server Management

I'm offering my role as a community manager for servers that are aiming to get things done. With a wind range of skills such as staff management, community development, and the right contacts, I can assist on making the most out of your minecraft server.
My abilities to provide your server with high quality management can be easily flexible to fit or support any environment/server type. Any questions you may have can be forwarded to my discord disclosed below.

Spoiler: What I Offer

I will apply all my resources into the scenario to ensure your server has the highest quality output it can achieve. I will offer around the clock support starting from the development of staff related files and community guild lines. As well as these simple tasks, my role will be to monitor staff activity daily, sorting through applications and support threads at the highest frequency. As well as this, I shall input my 12 months of staff experience into mentoring and training staff members, as well as producing weekly staff evaluations to manage promotions/demotions.

Resources such as ownership of a dense Youtuber discord with a minimum requirement of 1,000 subscribers can be an essential form of advertisement to supply Youtubers to the server/network.

Please show the vanilla images or this proof is irrelevant as for all we know you are not what you say you are. The only thing we know for sure is that you were a Moderator on Arkham, which doesn't qualify you to be a paid manager.

It is relevant as it describes the terms you ended Arkham on. The resignation message is completely relevant. The fact you aren't willing to show us your resignation message is very suspicious.

Being a staff on Arkham isn't even worth mentioning, they even gave staff rank to the first people that liked a certain message when I was there. Not saying the staff team is toxic, but the community definitely is.

This is not personal information? This is crucial in knowing your relation with Arkham. The fact you won't show us your resignation message proves to me that you did not leave Arkham on good terms. There's nothing personal about that.

That's fine. I will not be doing business with you if your main motive is my final words to previous colleagues.

A fair compromise is to perhaps show an untainted image of your resignation while still covering any personal information. This protects your identity, and also shows if you ended on good or bad terms. This could potentially skyrocket your chance of being hired, so I highly recommend showing at least whether you ended peacefully or with malice towards your former employer. Until then, you'll remain suspicious in the eyes of many.

Nonetheless, I wish you luck in attaining and retaining a position.

I can vouch for staff seeing I was the one who gave him staff on arkhamnetwork, He was promoted to helper on 10/18/17 but resigned on 11/15/17 due to irl issues. He resigned on good terms, he never got into any trouble with anyone and was a team player.
