Waste of money the prison setup isnt 100% complete a scam report is being msde.

I don't understand what you mean by that. If you are having issues with it, it would have been advised to PM first to find a solution faster.

Sorry for the extremely late response time, but here are the answers.
1. They are running 1.8.8 with ViaVersion, so anyone can join from 1.8.8-1.11.2.
2. From what we can tell, yes. We haven't done many tests on real servers, but it is balanced. We also hear a lot of good reviews from our customers, so there's that.
3. Yes it does, and they are all setup too.

Feel free to PM the actual MineSetups account not me. Since you can't seem to understand how to do simple tasks like that I don't see how you can make a scam report I've made it clear enough to you, you just can't seem to figure it out.
