Yes, I declined because my requirements did not fit with what you need. I state in my thread that I require full control over the staff team. This is because the community needs to trust my job as a community manager, and working with the staff team enhances that. I apologize that I wasn't able to work something out with you, but it was on my thread and was something I considered non-negotiable. Good luck finding someone!
