What is NovaMC?
NovaMC is a brand-new Minecraft minigames network built entirely from scratch — every plugin, every system, every line of code. No off-the-shelf solutions, no copy-paste servers. We're launching with 8 custom game modes, a full website with live stats, a battle pass system, weekly tournaments, and a community-first approach that puts gameplay quality above everything else.
This isn't another generic minigames server. Every feature has been hand-coded and designed to deliver a premium player experience with zero pay-to-win.

Positions We're Looking For
We do NOT need developers — the entire server, website, and plugin ecosystem has been built by the founder. What we need are passionate, reliable people who want to help launch and grow this server.
Senior Moderator (1-2 positions)
- Moderate chat and enforce rules across all game modes
- Handle ban appeals and player reports
- Train and oversee Trial Moderators
- Provide input on server features and direction
- Help plan and run community events
Moderator (2-4 positions)
- Monitor games for cheaters and rule-breakers
- Handle chat moderation (mute, warn, kick)
- Respond to player questions and issues
- Assist with community events
- Report bugs and suggest improvements
Media / Content Creator (1-2 positions)
- Create YouTube videos, TikToks, or Shorts featuring NovaMC gameplay
- Help manage social media accounts
- Design graphics for announcements and events
- Engage with the community on Discord
- Help list the server on voting sites and server lists
Builder (2-3 positions)
- Build BedWars, SkyWars, Duels, and other game arenas
- Design themed lobbies for each game mode
- Create parkour courses (Easy through Insane)
- Help with map optimization and spawn point placement
- Full WorldEdit access and creative mode
Event Manager (1 position)
- Plan weekly community events
- Coordinate tournament schedules
- Manage event announcements on Discord and forum
- Come up with creative event ideas
- Work with moderators to run events smoothly
