I am selling Resell Rights to the pack of mines below.
The pack includes 11 incredibly detailed prison mines that could easily be
made into a pack and would sell frequently at $5 - $8.

The reason I'm not listing these in my shop is I am looking for money now instead of
waiting for sales, and my shop is cluttered with builds as it is.
I am passing this opportunity onto someone who would like to have builds to add to
their existing shop, or sell this pack by itself as a resource!

The mines are currently being included in my Prison Setup,
this will not change. However, the builds will not be listed anywhere else
by me and will be yours to resell and redistribute how you choose.

I wanted to bin these so bad. Then I realised you still keep a majority of the rights. This includes them in your setup and pretty makes them useless for me. Anyway best of luck, some great mines.

I don't understand how them being included in my setup makes them useless for you, unless you planned to sell them exclusively (which it is specifically stated they aren't exclusive)

Lol majority? Did you read the thread? The only thing that i see thats a problem is that the mines will still be in a setup of theirs. This is a really good deal, and you can easily make your money back.

You're currently selling it for $5.99 as apart of a bundle which includes an extra 24 mines, a spawn and a prison setup meaning you wont be able to sell it for any higher than $6*, this means you'd have to lower the price to about $3 - $4 (imo), and still, server owners would much rather buy the setup since it includes a lot more, thus lowering the sales. So if you lowered the BIN (you said you would consider it above) to about $40 thats a decent price however it could still take up to 3 month to make back the price of the mines as there's plenty of other packs which are about the same quality / price meaning whoever buys it may only make one sale per week or longer, of course it could go the other way and the buyer could sell 1 copy every day or two but I think that it may take a while.

*Of course it can be sold for that price however you risk gaining a negative rep for "Sold me a build pack for the same price as a bundle which includes x2 as much stuff" etc.

Despite that, I will start the bidding at $15.

Bid noted, also these mines aren't part of the pack I have for sale on my site. Those are completely different mines. The mines in this pack are used as donator mines and some other supplementary mines in my setup, that's it.

Alright, I just meant that if a user is aware of your setup resource, they would much rather pay for everything (spawn, setup etc) than just 11 mines however there is profit to be made if you know how to sell them correctly.

Ah I see what you mean.. If there would be someone interested in purchasing these for higher than BIN, I could see about the possibility of swapping out these mines with some other ones. But I think it's a pretty fair price to sell these at even when they will still be available in a setup
