Some information:
The server is in alpha right now. There are quite a few bugs and staff roles aren't really set up. The beta is scheduled to come out on 12/20. If you have any questions come into the discord and ask around!
Staff info
We are looking for staff! Your application will not be considered if you are not an active member in the community. You need to genuinely like the server and play on it.
Staff responsibilities:
We don't want staff roles to be stressful or anything super intense or demanding from you. We do however have a few requirements that you need to fulfill or you won't be staff for long.
- Don't be a ghost. Interact with the community occasionally. You don't necessarily have to be on the server since we have discord integration which allows you to chat to players on your phone.
- Need to be willing to help out with advertising, have an account on reddit, twitter, and mcforums. (If you don't have an account on any of these, you are willing to make one)
- Maintain a level of integrity. We're not super keen on "omg i thought this was christian minecraft server u swore on my 8 year old son learned the f word from u" people. The average age of the server is ~16, we don't care too much about it unless it's excessive or you're pissing people off. Be mature and be better than the inevitable drama you may have to deal with.
- Be thick skinned. It is inevitable that like the last server I ran, there will be some very difficult people you may have to deal with. Don't let disrespectful people cause you to make rash decisions. Always give a verbal warning before handing out official warnings and penalties.
