By purchasing virtual goods from Tide Graphics, you agree that said goods are non_returnable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, non-refundable, and considered satisfactory upon receiving goods.
Tide Graphics has a strict no-refund policy and under no circumstances is required to provide any customer a refund. These are virtual goods provided upon payment and will not be refunded.
Clients are strictly not allowed to upload, sell or redistribute any goods given without prior written consent from myself.
Clients are prohibited to claim work created by me as you own
Clients are strictly prohibited to remove any footers and trying to avoid such footers is strictly disallowed and may result in taking down such thread.
Before purchasing ensure you have received authorization from a legal guardian, otherwise don’t purchase said goods.
Tide Graphic retains all rights to any work we do for portfolio purposes, advertising, etc.

Tide Graphics reserves the right to refuse altering/adding on to an image if I see the request as unreasonable. I also may charge an additional fee for said changes if need be.
Clients will be sent a invoice as which the buyer must pay to or alliterative way as per discussed, failure to do so will result in a decline of request.
Tide Graphics reserves right to cancel your order at any time before client has received the files, if we do so the client will receive a full refund for their purchase.
Messages between Tide Graphics and clients may be recorded.
Tide Graphics reserves the right to open a dispute with PayPal/MCM when/if necessary.
If a client opens a dispute with PayPal/Credit Card issuer, said user will be blacklisted from purchasing goods from Tide Graphics and appropriate action will be taken.
These terms and conditions can be changed at any time without notice. Clients will be given a 3-day period after said changes are made before the terms and conditions are applied.
Clients are responsible to keep up to date with the term and conditions here and on the invoices at all times
