Who We Are:
FreedomCraft Survival is a growing community of mature Minecraft players. Our server is themed around America's quest for freedom, however, we welcome players from all over the world. We currently operate our flagship semi-vanilla. economy based survival gamemode. We are also the only licensed server to operate a new, exciting upcoming gamemode. We have high ambitions, and have been steadily growing, we are now looking to fill several important positions within our staff team.
Positions are listed below. Postings include a position description and minimum hiring requirements.
System Administrator / Developer:
Position Description: Our Systems Administrator will take on the roles of a Systems Administrator, Administrator, and Developer. You will work with all groups and staff members to create an enjoyable environment for our community. You will have access to install plugins and configure them to the needs of the server. You will be the right-hand staff member of the Chief Senior Administrator.
Position Requirements:
- Aged 16 years of age or older,
- At least 1 year experience in an administrative/managerial role,
- Able to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per day,
- Fluent working with control panels, notepad++, and plugin configuration.
Position Description: Our Survival Server Director will be in charge of operating and updating the Survival server and gamemode. You will keep the server running smoothly and players hooked on our signature gamemode. You will work closely with the Administrator and Director - Public Relations to implement server updates and other actions.
Position Requirements:
- Aged 16 years of age or older,
- At least 1 year experience in a directorate/managerial role,
- Able to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per day.
Position Description: Our Moderators are the backbone of our staff team. You represent the server and portray our image to players. You are also our first and main line of defense against potential wrongdoers, or players who attempt to harm the environment. While a member of the staff team, you are still expected to interact with players in a positive way, help them learn the ropes of the server, and be an active player.
Position Requirements:
- Aged 13 years of age or older,
- At least 1 year experience playing on Minecraft servers,
- Able to dedicate a minimum of 2 hours per day,
- Have a warm personality and enjoy working with others.
Position Description: Our Builders bring our plans to life. If hired during this hiring push, you will have the ability to work on a one-of-a-kind gamemode that only we are licensed to operate. You will be able to use your creativity to make this project come to life.
Position Requirements:
- Aged 13 years of age or older,
- At least 1 year experience playing Minecraft,
- Able to dedicate a minimum of 1 hours per day,
- Able to collaborate and work with others.
