What I am looking for:
Experience in managing a staff team.
Experience in bug fixing and file management.
Extensive server development of various game-modes preferably prison.
Experience in managing an overall server, anywhere from updates, announcements, etc.

What I expect for you:
Being able to fastly fix bugs if they were to appear.
Being able to add updates to the server when requested.
Being able to manage a staff team, demotions, promotions, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: You are getting paid at the end of each month after you have completed work. I am not paying you before you actually do work. That's not how real life jobs work and I am not giving you an opportunity to grab my money

I am not interested in this but I must point out that typically payments are dealt bi-weekly in a professional environment and especially in the minimum wage realm, in which likely this role would fall well under. You should be fair and offer users bi-weekly payments or else you might scare away far too many applicants who have seen users do monthly and then never pay up at the end of the month.
