Hello everyone, my name is undiscussed, today I am looking to become a Manager rank on a Minecraft server. I am very professional and mature, I like to come and do my job, I will be very active and able to help with most things, for instance I will be able to help with plugins and be able to configure them, I do not know how to code (thinking about learning to), but I know the basics of making a good server.

I would like for you to decide if you want me to become a part of your server and help it grow, if you would like to give me a chance please add me on discord which will be left at the bottom of this thread.

We will talk about prices on discord! I am not here to make a profit from this, just here to cover my costs!

I was a Manager on PolariseMC for about a week, unfortunately I was never told what I needed to do as this Manager role so I decided to resign because it was a waste of my time and I was not doing anything good towards the server because as I said before, they never told me what I had to do, I asked questions but never got answers!

Uh, do you have any past servers you've worked on that you can maybe add to give yourself a better chance at getting hired?
Because if I were looking for a manager and came across this, I wouldn't hire you lol.

Okay so to get this straight, you're asking people to pay for your Staff Management Services but you've never had experience being a Staff Manager before? Not trying to trash your thread but you shouldn't need people to hold your hand and tell you what to do, in fact, it should be the exact opposite. You should be conducting and directing staff operations. Also, you said that the only server you have staff management experience from, you quit because you didn't know what to do. Doesn't sound too promising.

One second, the server was not open, The owner never contacted me on what i can help with, i barely knew about there server since he just gave me the role, so actually think about what your asking before you just presume.

I have hired 2 staff managers and my server is not up yet, neither of them needed me to tell them what was needed to be done to actually get anything done. Also assuming that there was nothing wrong with what you said, you're still asking for a paid Staff Manager role without any experience in the role. Just seems kind of odd.
