We are a recently established brand here on MCM, so we are currently working to expand our following, as well as simultaneously expanding our staff team. We made this thread for the latter of those purposes.
Working for Superion could open up doors for you to increase your earnings by doing freelance work, or for just a general portfolio boost or income source. We aim to provide freelancers with a safe environment to work in, as well as opportunities to collaborate with others, for a small percentage of revenues, that is (approximately 4-5% of each commission). Superion will take responsibility for the discovery of clients, as well as the discovery of other, not as well known creators to assist you in your day-to-day tasks.
Superion uses a first-come first-serve commissions system, as most service companies do, but we expect the highest of quality, and a good time schedule to go with it. If management decides you're not the man for a certain job, you may not get the go-ahead to speak with a client.
How would I get hired by Superion Setups?
Great question! We have two processes you must go through to be hired by Superion as a freelance creator. You must have a certain degree of a portfolio, this is to ensure quality. As well as a clean, scam report free MC-Market account, to ensure you're not intending to waste our time. We call these processes the "Screening" process. Once this process is complete, you're either in or out. Based on your activity, management may decide to let you go, all though this is a small potentiality. To ensure your activity, we will have reaction based activity tests per/week (exemption for booked holidays or other reasons).
Why do you take a percentage of earnings?
As running a service team can be pricey, we take a percentage of revenue from each commission to help cover the upkeep costs. This can go to improvement of bots, streamlining our service, hiring full-time staff and running advertising campaigns, all of which benefit the individual creators in the team in the long run. We take a small amount as to not hinder the overall income of the freelancers.
What staff positions are you looking for?
Primarily Configurators, Builders, Developers & overall setup specialists or discord specialists. As we are a new company, we require those with much experience to get us off of the ground, and to help with our overall reputation.
Why don't you hire sales reps?
We do not hire sales reps, as these tend to get spammy on forums such as this one. Many despise the actions that Service Companies take to get their clients, so we do not want an overabundance of users in this position. We currently have a team of 2-3 sales representatives who actually read threads and look into what a user wants prior to making contact. This is the best way to make both parties happy.
Do you offer scam protection?
We offer complete scam protection, and will cover you for your work. This includes chargeback protection, and compensation for wasted time, if your work is up to standard. More about this will be informed to you upon joining our team.
