I'm starting up a Service called Select, i already have a website main part done, i own a domain for the service, but what I’m missing is a team, and a manager


I would like to offer this management job to you because your trusted and valued on this market, which will be beneficial towards the group. I have much more information and more inquiries but are you interested?
What i would expect from you, would be being online for inquiries from any team members, finding clients on any platform for our team (Not always necessary)
Only thing were missing is a Logo, possible signature and team recruitment

Any Questions, and I do believe this project can go far.

Lets say one day at 2:00 PM 10 Members have clients at an average price of 30$ in total that's a sum of 300, now your cut of that would be 15, picturing growing the service even beyond MC-market and have double that happening at the same time, that's 30$ and hour with an even flow

If we setup right, good impressions, great designers & team members then its completely possible

What will You the Manager do? You will be responsible for Assigning clients and managing a system so jobs get handed out fairly so they feel one isn't getting more jobs then the other which will be a big part of your job, you will have to be there for team inquiries as well as team recruitment
