Hello there MC-Market, I am Gavin (also know as Subduce). Today I will be making an application-type thing, for any servers looking for a hard working staff member! You see, this is just one of those cases where you have TOO much time on your hands, and you need something to do, so if you DID indeed want to recruit me I could be on your server almost 24/7 (With the exception of school, of course). Anyway, enough about that. If you where to recruit me, I would treat the server as if it was my own, and stay professional at ALL times. I will never slack, and was always stay a mature, hard working individual.
Payment:
I'm actually doing this for free, as I've said above, I have too much time on my hands, and I don't see a point in getting paid for helping people, that just seems ridiculous.
Experiences:
I don't really have much proof for these experiences, but you can interview me or something to "test" me, for the general skills, that experienced staff would know. Anyway, some servers that I've worked for have been:
MysticHQ
When I was working at MysticHQ, it was one of the best experiences I have had in a long, long time. The community and staff team was absolutely great, friendly, and non toxic.
My Own Servers
Yes, that's right. I've owned a numerous amount of sucessful servers such as EmeraldHCF, and CondaHCF. They had a playerbase of around 60 people, which is not bad. They both sadly had to have got shut down, due to me not having the funds to continue running them.
This is a learning experience
One of the main reasons I am doing this whole thing, is too keep learning. My number one goal as a server owner/staff member is to keep learning new things, everyday, constantly.

I'm a 13 year old Minecraft enthusiast, I've been playing since I was 9 years old, and I discovered the game by my friend, who introduced me to it. Anyway, I'm in the 8th grade, going to 9th next year (I've already started school). I live in the CST timezone, aka Alabama. I'm not the sporty-type of guy, I'm more of a computer whiz. Yes, you can call me a nerd
. I'm a very fun loving guy, who loves to help people and overall teach people new things, and can joke around if in the mood.
Schedule:
Monday: 4-6.5 hours
Tuesday: 4-7 hours
Wednesday: 5-7 hours
Thursday: 5-7 hours
Friday: 5-8 hours

Sunday: 3-9 hours
* Keep in mind, this is WITH school in the way *
Ranks:
As for the rank I will be receiving (if) someone happens to need a staff member, will be the lowest tier rank, and if you think I'm "worthy" of a higher tier rank such as trial moderator, or just moderator, I'm fine with either one.
Playerbase:
One of my requirements for a server, is to not have a toxic playerbase/staff team, and to have a decent playerbase (20-40 Players average). KEEP IN MIND, I'm more specifically looking for a HCF/Factions server, to staff on as I am enjoying these the most as of now.
Terms of Service:
Thanks to Landon1 for providing me with a sort of format for this, as I was kind of looking for a neat format and he gave me a decent idea of one.
