Hello! I am LCM and I am 16 years old and looking to become a manager of an ambitious network. I have 5 years of experience as a staff member on networks, small servers, and interestingly enough g-mod servers. I have always been in love with Minecraft and its community even if it's somewhat dying or toxic at any time.
What Can I Do?
I am most fluent in watching over the staff team and solving common issues that uprise during early times or when the server is fully released. I can make documents for staff members, content creators, players, applicants etc and make them look very professional and neat. I can bring a great many suggestions and ideas to any server that is willing to accept them. I have many connections to very hard working Art designers, developers, administrators, builders and small and medium-sized youtubers that would be willing to stream on the network for advertisement.
How I Work?
I work in a very conservative style with my staff team. What I mean by this is I don't tolerate anyone messing up from time to time and making the server and their player-base/staff look bad in any way. The thing that matters most is if someone is trying to do their job correctly and even asks help at times from higher staff members or their manager. Screwing up and making mistakes is tolerated as long as they aren't big mistakes or commonly repeated or similar mistakes. I also have many promotion systems in mind for whatever type of server I work for. I would only choose to promote trusted staff members on a staff team and to continue to teach lower ranked members to get them to a higher level.
IMPORTANT: I do not request payment, and I will do my best to be online at all times and watch over what is going on, with giving updates. The most important thing to me is the players and what they enjoy to do and play.
