Hello! I am a 14 year old male currently living in Australia,
I am compassionate about my work and where I live.
I believe I am a self-motivated individual who has developed
a variety of skills and personal attributes with strong management
and communication skills. I personally try my best at everything I do and give
110% effort at everything, no matter what the challenge I have to face I get through it.
I am personally more experienced with HCF, UHC, Practice and generally pvp based networks.
I strive to learn from every experience I go through, I will always pay 100% to your network which means I will only be available to two-three networks at a time. I do NOT require payments, but if donations are offered i'll gratefully accept them.

Qualities

Reliable
You as a person will be able to rely on me to get anything done. I can create to-do lists and ways to manage my work so if we don't happen to be the same timezone you can check my work over a to-do list of what I've done during the day. I can work harder and faster because I have a fast typing speed of an average as 70WPM.

Trustworthy
I believe I am a very trustworthy individual, you can trust me to do anything you need. Trust is a human quality that takes time to earn and is very easy to break, once you break that trust it takes years to get it back. I don't intend on breaking that trust because sometimes you may never get it back.

Experience
I have been around in the Minecraft community for a long time now and I personally believe I am a very experienced individual. I have been staff on many different networks either being large or small and from the lowest positions to the executive positions.

Maturity
There is always a time where you can chill back, relax and take a joke. But in some situations that is not the case. I tend to be a person who isn't always serious 24/7 but can be a friend to everyone on our team, I don't want to be that 'strict manager' or 'the person to stay away from' otherwise you'd get in trouble if you mess up in front of them. I don't necessarily want that, but it's always good to be a mix of both.

I don't really know if I recommend him or not but I just requested him to customize essentials messages. But he ended up messing the config. He only used Ctrl + F then replaced and that's it. Here's the file:

Left my server because of "lack of communication" he was there for 1 day.

Nothing happened in that server for a whole day.
