Hello guys! Welcome to my server management thread! I'm currently offering server management anywhere from up and coming and planned servers, all the way up to well established servers! Let's get into more detail...

ABOUT ME
My name is Destructible, or Jack, whatever you prefer to call me. I am 13 years old and am currently in 7th grade. I am located in the state of Pennsylvania in the United States of America. I LOVE video games, sports, electronics, photography, and shoes. I have been playing Minecraft for just over three years now. I've worked on a few servers, but none too big and the only big one I kind of struggled on, so I'm trying to rebuild my reputation as a valuable staff member to servers.

SERVERS I'VE WORKED ON
Here is a list of all the servers I worked on...

OcarinaCraft (became Forsaken Realm)- Owner
Forsaken Realm (never opened)- Owner
Relentless PvP (never opened)- Owner
GalacticMC (became The Gaming Core)- Owner
The Gaming Core (never opened)- Owner

These server all fall under the same category- servers I've tried to open but have had to shutdown due to finances for the first two, conflict with other owners for the third, and finances and lack of staff and interest for the last two. I've gotten very close with the final one, but couldn't make the last step, which is one of my weaknesses, which I will get into later.

Mineverse- Moderator

I was moderator on Mineverse for a whopping three days. I struggled in my time as moderator there, as I accidentally leaked a staff conversation, made some misjudgements on punishments, so on and so forth, until I was then demoted. I was only 11 at the time, and I've grown so much since my run as moderator, to the point where I think I can give it another shot.

STRENGTHS
Finding staff- this is in my opinion a huge strength for me. I've consistently found reliable and mature staff, but some have quit because of lack of interest, simply because we were struggling to release the server.
Coexistence- I work will with other staff. I can put up with almost any kind of owner, administrator, moderator, helper, etc.
Forums management- I am pretty solid with XenForo in my opinion. I can set a lot of it up, not all of it, but quite a good bit of it, and can manage the forum appropiately.

WEAKNESSES
Taking the final step- I often get my servers pretty far, but struggled to get them to the final step. I don't know why, but it's definitely a weakness.
Appropriate punishments- I can administrate over staff well, but I just can't make appropriate punishments sometimes for some reasons, ever since the days of Mineverse. It's definitely an area I need to grow in, and I think I will improve in that area as I gain more staff positions.

PRICING
I'll do it all for free until I get reputation. Then I'll start charging small fees, no more than say...$10/month. But that won't be for awhile.
