I do not believe you can sell xenforo licenses or buycraft licenses.

it's a website, just a terrible one with no upgrades to it.
Logo is off a website for $5 website has pretty much no work done to it, as Yellow Desins said you cant even sell buycraft or xenforo licenses. This is not worth $170 more about $5

No you can’t look at terms and conditions on xenforo. You don’t have resell rights.
The picture shows all the groups created. Are the permissions set up and assigned to the groups? If not, ill take this off your hands for $5

edit: as for buycraft, it's not stated on the official site if you can transfer or not. idk where you get the information from that you can't resell licenses but you can.
also, xenforo isnt $200, it's $140. if it's just a blank canvas, what's the difference between someone buying a license for $70 less
