Hi, my name is Peter. My in-game alias is Bless. I am looking for a position at a popular / upcoming server.
MY EXPERIENCE
2012-2017
I have been staff on many popular servers. Starting off, I was a moderator on MoeXIV's old server called Pot-UP, a very old HCF server. After the server being shut down, and partially sold to HydraHCF I moved onto ParaPvP. I was a moderator on ParaPvP when Leafy had around 40,000 subscribers. This is when Para was at its prime. I was staff on teams at first, and then was promoted by Leafy himself on the release of ParaPractice. Sadly, my account got breached and I was forced to resign (not Bless). After my resignation from Para, I moved onto HydraHCF. I was accepted immediately and worked my way up to moderator, resigning due to school and another project. I was offered a staff management position at UniqueHCF. At first, I was skeptical yet I took the position anyways. As a manager, I promoted and demoted staff, made sure everyone knew what they were doing, and created and managed slack. This was my first experience as a manager. After UniqueHCF, I was offered a position on MoeXIV's second server, DarePvP. I received the operator rank. However, due to a tragic death in my family, I was extremely inactive causing me to be demoted. This was my first, and only demotion ever as a staff member. A while after the death in my family, I applied and received T-Mod on Dare. I worked my way up to SrMod, the resigned because the server took ages after its first map to release a second (8 months). After being staff on tons of hardcore factions servers, I wanted to try something new. I applied and was accepted on OPCraft, a fairly popular factions server. During my time here I reminisced playing old style faction servers. My time here did not last long, as I moved onto a practice server called Sarefine. I worked my way up to moderator+ on Sarefine. During the time I was staff, I was studying for my SATs which caused me to be very inactive. I took a huge break, and am grateful that I was kept on the team. After my SATs, I was moved to Valux with the Sarefine - Voltix merge as a moderator. Since mod+ was deleted, I was moved a rank down (not a demotion). I resigned on Valux due to the server taking ages to release, and lack of motivation. After Valux I moved onto another practice server called Vexir. Yet, my time on Vexir lasted 3 days as management was extremely biased, and the staff were unprofessional. After Vexir I was offered a position an administrative position at Systic Network. Here I worked my way up to manager, where I managed both the US and EU teams single handily. After Systic closed down, i applied and was accepted as a moderator for PurgePots. This did not last long as the owners closed the server down. Lastly, I was manager and director of projects at SparkHCF. This HCF spinoff of Systic introduced another gamemode, and more staff to manage. I received head of management, the highest rank possible under owner. Sadly the project was / will be cancelled. And now I am here, looking for a new server(s) to fill in the gap.
